I just read about MasterCard news and just wondering, is this something I should worry about? Don't really care about MasterCard itself, more about this whole mess.

Will you be staying in business? Is the mess still going on? Any issues?

Most of old public sites is still online from a Glavmed open. There is many of sites that registred in 2004-2005 and earler.

Mastercard delay have mostly technical background, not politic.

We do all our best to customer satisfaction, put a lot of attention to check and controll our suppliers, we try to find a best and fast delivery methods. Improve customer support. If customers will be happy, there is nothing worry about. All technical backend is double and even triple reserved, we have our own networks, IP ranges, servers and uplinks that spreaded worldwide.

Problem with professional abusers we try to solve by explaining again and again that Glavmed is NOT a spammers, not criminals, we do not sell any bogus or illegal pharmacy. When he want to hear truth, it works. When he hear only dinks of coins from a pharmacy corporations - it not.

Anyway, for now almost everything is fine, servers is up, domains resolves, Visa,Mastercard,Amex,JCB,ACH/e-checks is processing, affiliate payouts done in time.

can you call them? who are that guys that try to ruin your (and our business). are they your competitors? do you know them for sure, or just guessing?

froxis: I can, but i don`t want to name them in english section of forum. They have so perverse logic that any mention of their names or URLs on this forum will be misinterpreted by them as "proof of guilt" . I even can not imagine how, but belive me, they can.

An important addition. We must separate libel and spam complaints.

There abuses automatically-generated, which are sent only to registrars on the grounds that the domain is in a certain range of IP addresses or by coincidence, who-is. Such complaints are sent thousands to thousands of addresses. Professional abusers automate such activity by using special software such as "Сomplainterator" (actual version 22.xx - for more information just google it).
As evidence they include a link to a own blog with not accurate/outdated data and in most cases - direct lie and tons of loud words

BUT! In Glavmed about 10000 affiliates with thousand of sites. And some partners are trying to spam to advertise, funny_duckite the fact that it is directly prohibited by the Glavmed`s rules. We do not accept spam traffic, and ensures that our partners have not sending spam. When we see, that affiliate do this, we send him a warning, and if he still continues, we block his account. So, we do a lot for find that real abuses. For example - any nameserver domain, if open you it in browser, contains form for complain. Check nscontrol.com for example.

Second problem is that many other affiate programs use ShopEngine2 with default designs. People see a "canadian pharmacy" logo, and think that its f*n Glavmed. But its not.
