If no, which of those utilities I need to install to my wordpress blog so people can see stuff from my pharm shop?

Sorry, my mistake. You don't need utils.zip installed to shop in order to get WP Plugin to work.

As I see on screenshot, everything is correct.

You need to check following :
1. You have copied "styles" and "images" folders to wordpress root folder.
2. You have extracted catalogue "data.tar.gz" to wordpress root.
3. Plugin is activated in WP.

After you checked everything, create a new post with following contents for example:
[itemwidg:188,156,162:domen.com:0.55], where domen.com is your shop,which you want to promote.

You can get list of commands for plugin in the readme.txt, that comes with plugin. Copypaste it into translate.google.com (Russian --> English), should be readable.

I found issue, when reading posts, item pictures do not show up in widget, as urls are wrong:

you have to fix two options of the plugin:

Путь до каталога
Путь до изображений каталога

write in the real (absolute) paths to 'data' and 'thumbs' directories.
ex. /path/to/data/
/path/to/thumbs/
