I have been with this affiliate for almost 4 months, and
I notice I have no returning customers.
Does anyone else have this problem?
And what can we do to get repeating customers? As getting repeating customers is very important. As most of the drugs we sell, are not one time thing, they should be coming back for more.
Because my other brand name pharmacy that I run has a 33% repeat customer. I was hoping this will be the same, but I guess not. Or maybe four months is too soon for repeat customers, as here they are buying larger quantities, guess have to wait longer.
Returned orders are marked by "R" letter in statistic. Usually, percent of reorders is between 15-20%, but some advers have more than a half of turnover by reorders. There is few simple ways to increase resubmit ratio: you need short and phonetically rellevant domain name, targetted auditory and clear and uniq way to get it, and most impotant = time*work.

After how many months do the customers usually come back. I have using this affiliate since august, I have over 90 customers, but no repeats. Is it too soon?

His last order was incomplete.
perhaps glavmed can try to find out how others affiliate manage to get high return order, and we can do it together.
i have low return customer as well, mine reorder % on august is 10%. July? 0%
is it possible for glavmed to provide some email template for us to email our existing customer? we send maybe 4 times a year for special occasion like christmas, glavmed anniversary.... this doesn't consider spam right?
by the way, i receive tons of spam mail, and i hv to say lots of them promoting gv's brand.
abc123, before saying what you have low reorders, tell us, how much orders you have in every month from january 2008 ?

I keep receiving re-orders every month from same happy customers. No issues there.

i got 40 - 60 sales only, but i have been here for 1 year. that means i have generate over 600 customers. if i got minimum 20% re-order, i can get 50 sales easily by re-order, but not in my case.
off course you can get 50 sales, but not in one day.
