I wish your system would show detailed information for every pending order, like customer is being contacted, bank rejected it's credit card or etc... So we would get more details about what's going on.
Why? What you can do with these information?

Well... Let's say I have one pending order now and don't know either it was declined or they are contacting customer and asking like to chose other payment method or so :-)
It would be nice to see details on the order status like: waiting contact by phone, order confirmed/rejected by phone, shipped, refund, fraud, etc.
i ask again: why? what you can do with these info? Just interesting/curiosity? How it can make your/our business better or more effective?
i can bring this feature, if you explain how it can help you make money.
:) You are right, it's not going to help me raise more money but it would be a nice feature to have because affiliates will rest assured that nothing is hidden from them and they will use glavmed instead of other program. I like to see what's going on with the orders and if you can bring this feature without much effort I will appreciate :)

It won't increase profit but can increase accuracy when calculating "future" ROI or so. Up to you.
I am always for the maximum amount of stats, even if they can't bring me profit. I'd rather chose this feature than lets say RPT, Raw or so.
